the Northern Virginia Hispanic Church Planting Task Force has been working under
the guidance of the Bishop Suffragan of Virginia and the Diocesan Missioner for
Church Planting to discern the will of the Holy Spirit for such an Hispanic
Congregation; and
Whereas,
congregations and individuals have been called and responded by committing gifts
of time, talent and treasure to the planting of an Hispanic Congregation; now
therefore be it
